Executive Chef Jeff Anderson, an honours graduate of Humber College's Culinary Management Program, joined our team in 2004 and continues to find new creative menus for all of our membership to enjoy. Chef Jeff's classical training in French cuisine and his background at some of Toronto's finest hotels shines through in his very innovative creations.  His team in the 'Heart of the House' works to the highest levels to ensure the dining experience is always creative, fresh and consistent, every day.
